Difficult time-My dream VS reality

Hi, guys:

Thanks for helping me understanding my dream...

Here are some of my dream and the reality to share with you...

My work has been very fluctuating recently and my dream is the same...

I dreamed of a series of things from last month. I dreamed of hurrican first: I saw big hurrican with dark cloud is coming towards my city. I am living in a big city and I could see the currican coming from long distance. Then, I thought to rescue one of my friends. She is living in a very tall building seems like a steel frame work but seems very strong. I took her to my car and her parents said goodbye to us not comming with us. I drove her through the empty streets seeing some plastic bags, paper blowed up inth the sky as before a big storm...I drove fast towards a different direction and I was confident we were escaping from it.
Then, I dreamed of working on a beach (the next day). I was feeling so relaxed working on a beach thinking, Wow, this is so different from my normal work! I can't believe that I am just enjoying the nature and that's my job! I saw a blue sea with nice little waves and sun shine shining on the sand. I was doing some construction work or building a house(can't remember clearly).
Then, I dreamed of a red balloon took me for a ride and bugs. (the next day).
I was holding a red balloon and going to sky. I was worried it will drop me, but it took me all the way through to the sky and back to the ground again. Then later, I dreamed of there is an extra layer above my bed and lots of bugs living in it. It seems I never slept in the bed ant that's why I never hurt by them. However, in the dream I thought about it and realised at lunch time, I always take a nap so I did use the bed. (it really feels like a desk at work). Then my mum took the whole layer of bugs out and chucked them out.
Then, I dreamed of another storm. It is near morning when I dreamed. I was inside of my room with parents and friend. I saw out side window is very dark. Then, I saw a very big dark cloud like thing passing the sky above us. And it start raining heavily when the dark thing came. The earth was shaking too when the dark thing passed. When it is passing, it seems having a round edge which doesn't look like a cloud. After that I remember I dreamed my dad opened the door and I saw snow covers all the trees and land. It was nice and white.
Then I dreamed of using a lift getting up and down.
Then I dreamed naked girls and a guy travelling by a balloon.

My real life here is very turbulence at the moment.
My boss has been really difficult to me and I was allocated heaps of tasks. I tried very hard to finish it but he accused me not doing it properly. I started looking for other jobs. And he reported me to his boss! saying I am not doing my job properly! I thought that was just bullshit and ignored him, but he collected evidence against me! How tricky! Then I was kept in dark for a few days and now put on a formal review period...I am still looking for a new job and my loan is due soon...

Friends, what's your comments? Any ideas what is going on?
