Baby dreams

My girlfriend and I (both female) dreamed about babies the same night... I dreamed I had a baby (she was about 9 months) and I was at some sort of carnival. She dreamed she had a few babies (maybe 5) and none were really hers (looked nothing like her), she was having trouble taking care of them all and had to ask her mother for help. Does anyone have an idea of what this could mean?

You had a baby girl means you will receive some blessings and happiness.
She had babies not for her , if they were foundlings means she will receive five small windfalls.
If the five babies were some boys in , means a sorrow or an illness.

Dont worry it is just your mind messing with your try to think of something else when you go to sleep. If it happens over and over dont worry since you love kids it wont happed.

I dreamt one night during my pregnancy that I gave birth to twin kittens!

I also dreamt once when my son was about 6 months old that there were two babies, each was my son, but one grew up just as he was supposed to and the other stayed a newborn (roughly a month old) forever. My mom and I decided that this particular one was a reflextion of my being sad that my tiny baby was growing up, but we don't know what to think about the kittens!

I think your dream is just a representation of the little girl you always wanted, and it doesn't mean anything will be wrong with your baby boy, or it doesn't also mean that the u/s was wrong.
