Old man

I had a dream that my boyfriend chose to be an old man. There was some kind of thing you pass through and you turn really old. There was some kind of shut off society that were all old people and lived in a cave with beds that they picked out that were aligned in weird ways along the walls and corners of the cave. All the old people decorated their beds with arts n crafts. I couldn't believe or understand why he did this. I followed him around in disbelief and that is all I remember.

Hi, blackstar46. By the way, do you have a boyfriend, already? Also, how old are you now? Is this a recent dream (as of 2008 or 2009) or did you have it a long time ago? You know, sometimes really weird things come across a persons path in life, that would make him/her make such decisions.
A person, particularly when too young, may be manipulated by older persons who are envious of him, specially when they notice he is exceptionally mature in his character for his age, and confirm his outstanding performance in serious things like school, job, church, behavior and other traits that they interpret as of a person who is destined to be an important or successful personage in the future. really had it tough in life! They have really tried to make his life very miserable and leave him unjustly defeated and hurt in life, in spite of his serious efforts to study and succeed in life! And this is why I ask you.

I think this means that he wants something that you associate with older people (ie security, maturity, wisdom, experience...) and it may be as simple as that.
