| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

i keep havin dreams that i dont remember when i get up in the morning but then something will happen, something completely day to day, and ill get a little flashback and ill know i had a dream that involved this object last night. An example was i had a really weird dream and the next day i couldn't remember it and i went to the fridge and the jam was in the fridge and i picked it up and looked at it and thought the jam shouldn't bein the fridge...obviously it should (we always keep it there) but then i had a flashback of sayin the same thing in my dream the night before. and i couldn't shake this feeling all day.
I have dreams that i dont remember but the feeling from the dream this sort of almost creepy feeling sticks with me for days sometimes weeks but i never remember what the dream was about? If you have a dream that you do not remember does this make the dream totally meaningless or does your sub conscious remember it still. |

Quote:
Dreams do their work while you sleep, and it is always a dream that wakes you up. It is normal not to remember your dreams, however we often see the tail end of a vanishing waking dream and forget about it. As the subconscious uses our everyday experiences to construct our dreams, sometimes when we are doing the same repetitive things ths dream was based, jogs our memory. Nothing to worry about! Mostly people do not remember dreams although some try to do so by keeping a daily journal of their dreams which helps their recall. Remembering fragments of dreams is more typical. Precognitive dreams, which you appear to have, that are forgotten can be brought back to memory by incidents thoughout your day so your experiences are normal.
