dream of car crash

I am driving in the street. I tune the radio for a second, and when I look back to the road I hit a person dressed only in 'black and white'. the person gets up and is totally uninjured, although the hood of my car is crushed (but still working). I can feel the hatred and regret coming from the person I hit. I try to make peace with him, but he runs away before I can talk to him. I feel very sad that I can't help make things better, almost to the point of crying.

can anyone translate this?
