Can you continue a dream?

Default Can you continue a dream?

I have, on several occassions, suddenly woke up while in the middle of a really good dream and bad ones. Once I lay back down and attempt to go back to sleep I see vivid sceens from the dream and usually end up picking up in the dream where I left off. Is this normal?

Very normal, indeed! This may also occur when one is upset in some way where their worry or conern re-enacts the same dreamscape on a few occasions.

Hi! I use to have those kind of experience when I am so tired and suddenly I woke up in the middle of the night. It is the time that you wanted to fall asleep again then my dream continues. Its like seeing a movie tho

I think you can continue a dream. I have tried two times occasionally in which my dream was continued.
