dream of a rock animal

this was a dream I had a few months ago

I am walking in a forest. Everything was very green and healthy. As I keep walking, I find a rocky stream with moss all around it. Inside the stream, I find a rock that looks like a triangular clam.

When I pick it up, I find out that it isn't a rock, but a type of crab that lives inside a hard outer shell that looks like stone. it tries to escape with all it's might in the water but I hold on to it. It does not pinch me.

any idea of what this creature means?
