So in the past i've had alot of dreams which involved me realizing that I was dreaming and then trying to wake myself up. Only to wake up in a bed which is just another dream. I might repeat the process 10 times in my dream, until my sleep is interrupted physically and I actually wake up. How often does this happen to you guys? And does anyone out there have any techniques they use to wake from horrible lucid dreams? Lately I have been lucky enough to not know im dreaming though and I prefer that considering I think my subconcsious me handles things waaaaay better than my consious me...
Thanks for reading - From a bored, dreamy soul, whom they call sleepy! |

It is not an unusal experience and one that I have encountered but recently I had a vivid dream and knew I was dreaming so I awoke only to discover that I was still dreaming so again I awoke and on each of those occasions I actually thought I was awake. When eventually I did resurface from sleep I sure was glad to have my feet back on terra firma! I do not enjoy having vivd dreams as I cannot determine when I am back in reality. I have had similar experiences during normal dreaming (whatever normal means).
