From what i've read and been told, alot of people don't actually remember their dreams. Generally the dreams we do remember I believe are when we are experiences our REM sleep stage, which switches on and off during the night. REM means Rapid Eye Movement. Yadda yadda. And also I think we only remember, or at least for me, I only remember my dreams when I wake from them suddenly... So if your sleeping good and not waking up much then don't expect to remember them. But what do I know?

Not recalling one's dreams is usully an indication that life for one is favourable and without worry.
