| General Chit-Chat Kind of like a lounge, just come in and talk about anything at all. Relax, this is like the water cooler at the office. |

This may sound odd but I think I have found a way to have little or no
dreams.Me personally, have way too many dreams, most of which are not pleasant and enjoy "nights off" when I have NO DREAMS at all. Not trying to sell anyone anything here, but here goes.I was doing accupuncture and my practitioner suggested I buy a relaxation cd that has ALPHA waves on it to help me relax my condition down which was for Irritable bowel. I started using the relaxation cd before I went to sleep every night and noticed I either had no dreams, mellow dreams or dreams I can't remember. If I DIDN'T use the cd,my dream world would 'ramp up' again and get crazy and bothersome.I think this helped alot.Another thing that worked was I got an energy healing by a Access energy practitioner, where they did a hands on healing called,"The bars",(look it up on a search engine..)this helped TREMENDOUSLY!If you're FED UP with crazy dreams and nightmares, these two things alone may work wonders.I know they did for me. |

It may also be found that by simply practicing relaxation as an exercise that the same effect occurs. It would appear to be due to allowing one's pent-up emotions to relax at the same time. One probably does dream but the dream's impact is so weakened through relaxation that they are readily forgotten upon awakening.

this also may sound crazy but..
those meditation type tapes, about 8 years ago i was listening to these and they resulted in some crazy ****. i would go into a state which at first seemed to be unconsiousness. then suddenly this insanely scary situation would arise. i can really only describe it as "a lucid out of body experience while caught in a loud flashing web of electical fields".. hah probably doesnt make sense. |

What you say is common but the theme (not the plot) of those dreams, even though they otherwise seem weird, will relate to some aspect to your life; usually something that concerns you.
