Dream Oracles??

Im usually a man of science and am ashamed to admit i would normally laugh at stuff like this, but I have had a some disturbing and extremily vivid dreams. I dont want to talk to much about the dreams specifically but they all follow the same pattern. I cant see anything but someone is talking to me. Every time they tell me to pay attention and occasionally to look out for specific things. Then I will start to dream like normal but they are very vivid. Occasionally the voice will return and point things out to me in the dream and then when the dream is finished just before I wake up it says a few things to much which it says I should "think about". I had a few of these dreams about a year ago every few weeks but recently Iv had another. When looking on the internet I came across this website and several others. One mentioned dream "oracles" but didnt describe them very well or include much detail. Could someone explain further what they supposedly are or has any one else had dreams like this? This is the first time I'v ever spoken of these dreams to any one in detail. I sort of felt like people would think im weird if I told them this, thats why im looking for help on the internet.

Dreams will tellyou only what you already know. However most dreamers believe they have prophetic or precognitive dreams. There is a basis for it; we think all the time we plan ahead, observe things and anticipate what might happen in the future. We have access only to the important or learned things, perhaps some of the things we thought about lately. The subconscious mind has access to the full memory bank to create dreams from.
If you have an inquiring mind, your dreams will be influenced by it. Voices, noises and writing are all part of the dreaming process. They have relevance only to the sleep they happen in.
You can rest assured, dream on and listen to conscious logic. Dreams have better things to do than play the fortune teller!

I disagree. How could you tell me that I already knew that a tsunami was going to slam into Indonesia the night before it happened? There are some things that cannot be explained by logic alone. Wolfjk, I respect your opinion and im not trying to start an argument.

You appear to be hearing your guide in these dreams, we are all assigned a spirit guide at birth, these guides go through our entire life with us. They will make them selves known to us when we ask, they usually answer our questions before we ask, they will point you in the right direction when you get lost. Have you ever thought to yourself "wow, why didn't I think of that before" this is your guide sending you a message, a solution to a problem that you have been troubled over. Every now and then other guides will pop into our lives to help with specific areas but your birth guide will never leave.

When you get to know your own subconscious a little bit better, you will realise that it was playing a joke on you!
The subconscious mind often goes along with the conscious will since it takes less energy to achieve its aim of leading you by the nose. A spirit guide is your own spirit leading you where it wants you to go! However dreams and the subconscious mind always as the best intention for you! Your dreams keep you alive but do you know how?

Your dreams keep you alive by working out all the problems that you have had in the previous day, and file them so to speak so that you can continue on in your daily life. Everyone dreams, some people are just unaware of their dreaming process and therefore do not remember them in the morning. Without regular deep sleep and dreams our body does not regenerate for the next day. At the end of the process we have a final dream that wakes us up and restarts all the bodies functions.

I would agree with another poster. If such a spirit guide/guardian angel/ or deceased loved one is indeed helping you understand something you would not otherwise understand, then maybe that is a good thing. It is for you decide. However, you should not feel embarrassed to talk about these things, for surely people in science especially medicine have dealt with the supernatural. I am sure some lucky doctors have seen miracles happen to their patients. I heard of one story last week. A woman who heads what I call a 'house Church' but is really a ministry spoke of a doctor who saw a man cured of basically being admitted to death so that this doctor converted to the faith of being a leader of some sort in the Church. I saw pictures too. And I've heard of plenty supernatural events that cannot be explained with science. Many events have happened to me as well, even today for crying out loud! I could not explain a grand Escalade that was between my car and another 'road rage' driver and that vanished as soon as the other 'road rage' driver was way behind me. I look all around for that grand SUV Escalade and it disappeared and mind you there were no close exits. It was impossible! It was helping me get out of trouble, I believe they were my guardian angels. I hope that with whatever guidance you receive it is all for the better. If it comes to you in love, then for sure that guide is good. I hope you gain understanding and insight as to what is happening to you. Better yet if you can find a friend who can understand.

You must not believe everything the scientists tell you about dreams either. There are bits from previus experiences in your dream, however they are used to control and regulate the sleep the dream happens in. Dreams might use your shame dissappointments, good and bad experiences solely as an aid to construct the dream that keeps you alive.

I could not explain a grand Escalade that was between my car and another 'road rage' driver and that vanished as soon as the other 'road rage' driver was way behind me. I look all around for that grand SUV Escalade and it disappeared and mind you there were no close exits. It was impossible!

I would not like to be driving infront of you or behind you if you see SUVEscalades dissapear!
You should control your "road rage" by admitting that you are a bad driver and cause other road users misery!
You should also be more careful on public roads. Perceiving something to dissapear is dangerous! It is not a miracle! It is caused by "rage blindness"
Take care and control your anger!
