iv only just changed my light bulb the other day so it shunt be doing enyting weird at all so why did it turn off and turn back on when im the only 1 awake in the house apart from my 2 dogs and why ccan i here fizzing a very loud fizzing

??? Did you recently buy the energy saving bulbs? My ceiling light has become possesed w/ them. It just flickers then turns bright then dims and flickers. Bulbs to save you$$$$....ha....you just can't see anything ever again!
