This is interesting Michelle; why should my comment upset you? Would you, per chance, be retaliating from feelings of self-confidence? Wouldn't it be wiser to address the questions raised rather than express your sentiments about the posters? I feel certain you could be a nice person if you tried really hard. If you do feel the desparate need to adversely comment about me, then please do so through the personal message feature.

Jennings, you made me smile! Thanks, but not just because of your love of your spouse, but because you let me know, I'm not the only one who suffers with a spouse from too little sleep

Food I sincerely think does play a large part. I never thought so, but older now, I know it does for me. In younger years, my diet was on the fast food track ... older with better food choices not only allows better sleep, but better health overall.

Sorry Jennings, I took her remark differently ... because you were able to post quite a few good tags for further information, I took her remark to mean "busy like a bee"....but IDK.

Maybe no harm meant?

yeah being the bees knees is a good thing and her smilie was clapping for this links, I thought.

anyway, a few people have said to me over the years that they believed that in dreams you are "traveling" actually "doing" so if you awake and remember the dream, you would be more tired than if you awake not remembering the dream... just a thought.

Okay girls; Michelle and I have been in contact with each other and I like to think we have made our peace and she does seem to be nice. Maybe I am just a tad touchy or was it one of those tetchy days?

Default Nope, I still have a healthy diet

Great comments everyone.

Jennings, those food websites were very interesting, but I still think in this day and age, if you steer clear of processed or fast food, you are doing quite well. Mc Donalds? Who’re they? Are they the Scottish family that live down the road? There is always a certain amount of poisoning in our mass produced food and water (fluoride), but you can limit the damage by chopping your own veg. So called ‘experts’ are always changing their minds about what is a good diet and what is not. I still say that I have a healthy diet.

I also don’t think that I have above normal nervousness. For me, I am nearly always in REM sleep and am often at that point between sleeping and waking. It’s not a nervous, tossing and turning sleep. I just seem to be either using up or generating a lot of energy in this place. It is so intense that I am unable to stay there for very long.

I feel that myself and Passionspirit are going through pretty much the same stuff.
