Hi, I just thought I'd introduce myself and tell a little about why I joined the group. First, about myself, I have been a professional dog groomer for 16 years, and I breed and show Australian Cattle Dogs. I also have been getting into photography a little.
I joined the group because I am fascinated by dreams, and no one wants to hear about them in my house. everyone thinks I'm a nut for caring about dreams . My husband says they're random thoughts that don't mean a thing, but I feel that some of the dreams I have have such detail, it is more than just random nothings. I don't know, maybe not, butstill, they're interesting.

Some of the themes I have that re-occur are : I'll be in a school, and I don't know where I'm going; don't have a schedule, I'm cutting a class, or I don't have an assignment prepared. I have figured that these dreams are about anxiety. Another theme is that I keep trying to make a phone call, and I keep fumbling up when I try to dial. sometimes the phone will be so tiny, or even just a part of a phone. I figure these are about frustration.
This one is funny- I often have weird or comical dreams that feature celebrities! It's like I have "guest stars" in my dreams. I still don't know what thats about, but I'll write a few out in the interpretation forum when I get a chance.

Let's look at your first typical dream which I think might be work related to your art of dog grooming. It sounds as if you sometimes take on new projects which become learning-curves where you do not know what the outcome will be and at times may wonder if the venture is worth it yet you continue to follow it through. This would indicate a risk-taker by nature.

The second type of dream suggests that you have the desire to impart information put can't seem to be certain how to present it and harbour fears that it might be unimportant or that the information you have feels insufficient. There are two implications here; one is that you are probably quite creative at the task of dog grooming and would like to impart your knowledge or teach others but the second one is, somewhere in your distant past, probably parental influences, you were subjected to unfair criticism that may have affected your self-confidence.

The third dream-type follows and supports the other two in that you can visualise that your skill could produce grooming winners of show-dogs.

Your husband is partially right in that many dreams are based on random thoughts but that's on the superficial level; what he fails to grasp is that they can, and most often do, possess meaning which can be helpful to the dreamer. Having said this, it should be understood that there is nothing magical about them, only a fascination to those such as ourselves. Trying to unravel dreams is better than doing crosswords that seems to intrigue others.

Usually being lost means that you are a talented person and no-one apreciates you as you merit.This is one group of the 6-7 groups of the dreams.One group is symbolic and is seen in the indirect sayings of the world around and should be interpreted and are about near future.Another group are truthful dreams that are seen directly and what is said will happen, usually this group is about saint people or saint places.
A group is messed dreams that have no interpretation and are messed.A group is caused by a reason like you dream you are walking in the snow and you notice that the blanket is over or the heater is off.
Another group are psychological dreams that have a psychological reason this group was said by Mr.Freud and Mr. Jung.
And a group is caused by bad food or drinks that they have no meaning or interpretation.





Dream language interpretation is an ancient science of allusions and pointing of the surrounded environment, as Mr. Einstein has said the events are like train stations which exist and we are moving towards them, these are prewritten destiny with some authority ( in decision making seconds) in very full details. This dream language should be translated, and interesting to know it is international and common for all human beings. But ignorance causes some misunderstanings.People were not aware of this language and always thought in a bad way , for example Mr. Freud said about sexual dreams it is because you have suppressed your sexual desires so misled everybody and some women dreamt about having sex with co-workers or another and thought they should do that, while it only meant he will do something for her, or some others dreamt had sex with the same sex and invented homosexual, while it meant the same ,Also some men dreamt his wife had sex with a man and didn't understand or a woman dreamt her partner had sex with a woman and didn't' understand ...etc.Do you see what catastrophes are caused by misunderstanding a language. About the approximate interpretation time table: Dreams at noon or exactly at midnight( In the summer time 13 at noon and 1 midnight else at 12)in the same day if past a few minutes, a few days later. Dreams at 10-11 in the morning in 15-30 days later. Also dreams at 3-4 in the evening in 1-2 months .Dreams in the sunset mostly are not truthful and are messed, they have no interpretations, Dreams at 4-5 in the morning in a few days to 2 months some dreams in the holy books( Josef dream of kneeling the sun and the moon and 11 stars)was interpreted after 20 years and other dreams of the Pharaoh's prisoners interpreted in the same day and after 7 years. Dream of Pharaoh about the 7 thin cows and 7 fat cows interpreted from the next year to 14 years. Also dreams in 6th of the month will interpret after 1-2 days, in 9th at the same day, in 10th after 20 days, in 13th after 9 days in 14th after 26 days and in 15th after 3 days, in 16th after 2 days and in 28th ,29th ,30th in the same day, but these are solar (Persian months and you should refer to a calendar or convert them) . Of course there are different kinds of dreams , like messy dreams which have no interpretations or deja vu dreams, or psychological dreams or dreams which are caused by bad food or drinks.

Welcome, Purplesage! I am a new poster myself and I am enjoying the discussion. Oh dear, I'm sorry that you don't get good 'dream feedback' in your house ...my relatives accomodate my musings sometimes...but I believe that they think dreams are mostly random thoughts as well...My Dad never remembers his dreams.
Btw, we have a new dog now. It's an akita and he's adorable. He's less than 6 months old but growing big very fast. Maybe I can get some dog grooming tips from you sometime!

Thanks for your responses. I didn't realize how international this board is! It is a strange sensation knowing that people from the other side of the world are reading and responding to my thoughts. Thank you for that! I will post more about my actual dreams in the interpretation forum, and I hope to hear what you think of some of the odd places and events that occur while I sleep!

Passion Spirit--an Akita! They are beautiful dogs. I almost bought one once. As far as grooming goes, brush brush brush!!! Get professional grooming approximately once every 12 weeks. Get the dog used to having its feet held. Reward him/her for letting you hold it's feet. This will make the dog more compfortable when it's nails get clipped. This is often a HUGE issue with dogs. My most urgent advice, however is to get the baby in puppy classes, socialize, and TRAIN it. Akitas are large, and very independant thinkers. Get a good basic obedience foundation, or the dog will overpower you when it is big and huge.

He also has in ridgeback and great dane as well, and he's already tried to overpower me as a young puppy! I've been trying to change the tone of my voice based on his actions, so he'll know when I'm proud of him and when I'm upset with him. I think it's working.
