Hi all,
I have noticed that after doing some squats, the next day my thighs keep paining whole day. Walking becomes difficult and a little crooked. What could be the cause of this? Thanks! |

Hi, when you perform squats you strain the thigh muscles more than the rest of the muscles of your legs. Have you ever tried footpad? Footpad is also known as Detox pad that helps you to relieve fatigue, joint pain, headaches, skin rashes and many other health problems. I am sure it will definitely work for pain, aching, or cramps in the muscles of your legs. Hope this will work out for you.
Be careful, bye! |

It sounds as if you are on the wrong forum to obtain the appropriate advice required.

At your age you should be doing your excersises with your feet in the air! Yours is a medical problem. See a doctor about it. Too much training and doing it without supervision and advice is obviously bad for you. Merry Christmas Wolfjk

When I was in the service we used to run every other day and some time around Christmas My heel was in excruciating pain the more I pushed on the worse it got. Then we left for 2 weeks to go see family when I got back the pain was gone. Just some good rest was able to help and then when we got back I started running at full speed again.
