Hi all,
I have noticed that after doing some squats, the next day my thighs keep paining whole day. Walking becomes difficult and a little crooked. What could be the cause of this? Thanks! |

Hi, vitamins a, c, & e, potassium, and calcium, are good to consume in juices, friuts, veggies and milk. Lots of stress on muscle groups and joints will produce this feeling, esp if you are not used to doing workouts. You may have over done it too. A little rest, protien drinks with amino acids help repair, and replenish muscles quickly. Its good to excersice helps you many ways, releaves stress, makes you look good, lowers heart discease, etc., just listen to your body and dont over do it. I jog, work out and I love it! Its a lfestyle for me, not a new year's resolution. GOD bless you, peace.

Hi, when you perform squats you strain the thigh muscles more than the rest of the muscles of your legs. Have you ever tried footpad? Footpad is also known as Detox pad that helps you to relieve fatigue, joint pain, headaches, skin rashes and many other health problems. I am sure it will definitely work for pain, aching, or cramps in the muscles of your legs. Hope this will work out for you.
Be careful, bye! |

It sounds as if you are on the wrong forum to obtain the appropriate advice required.

At your age you should be doing your excersises with your feet in the air! Yours is a medical problem. See a doctor about it. Too much training and doing it without supervision and advice is obviously bad for you. Merry Christmas Wolfjk
