Default My wife dreamed of a wart hog in her lap

She was sitting with her interpretive dance dress on which is white and someone walked up and laid a warthog on her lag. She thought this is going to ruin my dress. She though no spot or blemish. But she left it there because it was sleeping. She then woke up.

It laid there real still it did not move like it was asleep. She wanted to move it because she thought it would blemish her dress. But before she could she awoke.

Hi Joe,
Now what should she be doing with a warthog in her lap? I think this is one of those waking dreams with a twisted sense of humor only the subconscious can create. Th purpose of the dream was to wake her, but where her subconscious got the warthog frome nobody knows.
Cheers Wolfjk

Default One approach to your wife's dream.

While it’s always best to have some background information about the dreamer and events from the days leading up to the dream in order to provide an accurate interpretation, in general terms a wild boar/warthog would tend to symbolize (based on the analogy of what are the key characteristics of these outer animals) the potential for an unexpected and uncontrolled outburst of anger or aggressiveness.

Such an occurrence could “blemish” your wife’s image in front of others because it would likely be very different from her normal harmonious behavior (white interpretive dance dress).

In this take on your wife’s dream, what the wild boar/warthog symbolizes is unconscious (asleep) and just as if a boar were on her lap in outer life, the situation has to be handled carefully in order not to “wake up” and “startle” the potential problem of a potential rage etc. in order to help prevent it from suddenly appearing in connection with some unknown issue that your wife might be dealing with right now.
