Poison, Non-Stop Chase and Attempted Murder

Monday night's dream had me sitting around with my family with a young man that was apparently a friend of one of the friends of the family (have no idea who this man is in real life) and it seems as though he was very attracted to me. As we sat around the house and ate, talked and did family oriented things it seems as though it was getting late. As time went on I realize that the man now has something around his mouth and he grabs me trying to kiss me and I tell him no! And I point out his mouth to which he tells me that it is poison and that he has already poisoned the rest of my family. As I try to run and get my family the guy is coming after me with something that seems to really scare me (some sort of bottle that has a liquid in it that seems could kill me) and I run out of the house. As I run out of the house I then run to my neighbor's house (who in real life is a retired NYC detective) and he tells me that he called one of his "buddies" on the force and everything will be okay. I then proceed to lay down on the floor in my neighbor's living room trying to hide because he has large windows with no curtains and then I see the man in the window trying to shoot at me. As I point out to my neighbor that the man is right in the window, he then tries to get up from the couch but it is too late and the man shoots... missing me. I then get out of the house and run. I run so fast that I lose him momentarily but run into my family that seem to be fine (remember they were allegedly poisoned) and then see my daughter. As I see my daughter she is trying to come with me and I am yelling at her to stay with my mother because I need to hide and don't want her hurt. She begins to cry because she cannot go with me but then she goes with my mom. I see the man coming and continue to run up the block and around the corner.

Once around the corner I then run into two guys who are sitting in a car waiting on people but it seems as though they are undercover cops. As I see them I tell them that someone is trying to kill me and they tell me to calm down and stay with them. As I stay with them it seems as though they conduct whatever transaction they were trying to conduct and I begin to think that they are not undercover cops but moreso bad guys. Needless to say, I am hiding in the car with them. The man that is chasing me approaches and tries to see if I am int he car, and then he starts to shoot at the two guys. I take off running again and then I ditch him yet again and end up near someone else's house who is watching this big chase on the t.v. The chase is the cops looking for me and the man that is chasing me. They also show my neighbor (the retired detective) and he was shot by the bullet that the man shot at me and it seems as though his family is very upset. As the police are looking for him and I on the news, I realize that he is still chasing me and I begin running again and for some reason I find out that my neighbor is not gravely injured but sustained an injury to his wrist but his son (who in real life is a cop as well) is real pissed and now looking for the guy with everyone else.

I continue to run, he never catches me and I wake up.

Ummm..... what did all of that mean???? ..... Help!!!!!!!
