Default Talking In My Sleep About A Man From My Dreams But I Don't Remember Dreaming

Last night I had my friend over and we were talking about the man I have been dreaming about. His name is James. Some how I fell asleep right in the middle of a conversation and I guess I started to talk. "Christina Cane: 4 about a half-n-hour then u paused 4 bout 10 mins and then started again 4 another 10 then quiet 4 the rest of the night then in the morning u started again for bout 2 mins" is what my friend said when I asked her a few moments ago how long I was saying his name. The strange thing was I wasn't even dreaming. I just don't remember anything in the time spaces she described.lol Any comments?

You must have been in a trance. You don't have to be asleep to dream. To be in any state, you have to have the right theta, beta and alpha waves occcuring. Sleep is one state that achieves this but not the only one.
