Help Me! Family Owned Business Chaos!

I work for a family owned business, it is my fiance's family and his dad is my boss. About every month to 2 months he gets on this crazy trip where he thinks that everyone is trying to screw him in something. And he has started his trip just a few days ago. He has just written up a contract with all the employees names on it and told us to sign it with out schedules so we are bound to them and have to work them no matter what. CRAZY. He writes down times of when everyone leaves and when they come back... even though we all use the timeclock. Then at the end of the week he matches it with our timecards. Well it is starting to get under my skin and I feel like just kicking the sh** out of him, but I am trying to restrain myself from saying anything. But here's the thing I am now having these nightmares about it and I am having an even harder time sleeping. Last night I dreamt that it was payday and he busted out this book with all these INCORRECT times of things and accusations towards everyone. Then when he got to me he told me something that I can't remember now but I was being penalized for the whole week and he told me that I wasn't recieving anything from my check except $70.00 and he was keeping the other $400.00. Then later on in the dream he wound up at my door to pick up hte kids and handed me a envelope in an envelope with a 2-3 page letter and the other part of my check. In my dream I was the what the F*** you nutcase. And just ignored him until he left. Can someone help me and tell me what this might mean. If anything obviously I am stressed.

Well obvious issues that are taking too much brain space...I can relate to that AM experiencing the same problems at work with my father in-law..he goes on these weird trips where every now and then he thinks that there is a conspiracy and that people are trying to override him so he gets over controling and to top it all off.....adminstration and accounting are a mess!!!! My husband and I have moved our family to help him out (upon his request) but seems to be so paranoid at times that he is SUPER resilient to any change or initiative at a time where all his financial books, account files are in a mess! Important papers are misplaced all the time!!! Not to mention that he is soooo stingy!
The business is in trouble for very obsious reasons, but can't seem to get him to cooperate (although at rare times he does but it's no where near enough) and it's hard to upscale performance and manage re-systemization of the business when it is ongoing with daily transactions to take care off and that take so much time because of the chaos..so it's kind of a visious circle...any ideas????? Help!
