Dream with an old man and the ocean

I appreciate all interpretations of the following dream. I m still trying to fully understand it.

the dream starts with me standing on top of a grassy hill. the sky is extremely blue and the sun overwhelmingly bright. Shading my eyes with my hand, i blink they several times trying to focus. Once they do, i notice that i am near the ocean. ahead of me i can see some time of building. it resembles a factory but it is very clean. overall the colors in my dream are very bright. i look around some more noticing fencing that stems from the building and seems to go parallel the shore. I see a maze of fence but no direct entrance to the water. I can hear the water splashing. and hear the birds chirping. Overall i feel good. i am not anxious of afraid. I do however want to find a gap in the fence. i want oto reach the water. i look from where i am and find an opening. i notice an old man standing at the bottom of the hill. he beckons me to come without saying a world. sort of uses body language. i gladly follow him. he leads me through a maze of fences. neither of us is talking. the fence isn't rusty or too new. it looks nice. i follow him. i don't see where we will find a break in the fence when all of a sudden i see him kneel down and smile. i walk towards him as i see him lean down and cup some water in his hads. he smiles again to me and motions for me to bring my hands forwards. he drops the water in my hand. and it feels amazing. i sit there looking at it. i can't believe we foud that break in the fence. it was small about 5 inches. barely visible form where we were let alone from the top of the grassy hill. i smile at him we don't exchange words and thatn i wake up. i woke up feeling happy. it was a good dream. what do you guys think?

A grassy hill means an honest man,
An old man means some deceiveness and trickery.
Fences means being under support but maze means undercover.
ocean means a big boss or the government, being at the ocean shore means achieving a wish but the fences here are an obstract a hole in the fence means you will understand something.
