epic dream - soldiers, mice, exiles

[The Exile]

i had an interesting dream last night...

i was walking through the park when i saw some soldiers (whats the collective term for a group of about 5-10 soldiers? i suck at military terminology) training. i wanted to hide from them so i jumped down a rabbit hole. then i was in this huge warren of tunnels, there was a big group of mice (whats the collective term for about 50-100 mice?) running from tunnel to tunnel, being chased by these twisted mirror images of themselves and these fiery dragon spirits, it sort of reminded me of Watership Down. i followed the mice around until they ran out into the open. then i found myself in this big city, it sort of looked like Nasrad from Skies of Arcadia. i saw some people being banished, the guards weren't treating the exiles well. i ran up and denounced the guards and yelled encouragement to the exiles, who came up to me and thanked me, they were mostly people i vaguely know. then i had a long argument with the guards about the correct method of transporting exiles, not realising that i was being distracted and herded onto a train before they shoved me in and locked the door... then the alarm woke me up.

this all took 15 minutes. i know because i woke up 15 minutes before the alarm went off, then went back to sleep, and i had the entire dream in that time. i'm sure time flows differently in dreams.

Dreams tend to be random flashes of old and new memories, so I'm guessing the scenery is highly influenced by some video games you've played. I often have dreams with cityscapes similar to Midgar

But it seems like there's something you're afraid of or something you're avoiding/running away from. Or something's going on in your life right now and everything's just happening so fast that it's overwhelming you. Are you afraid of mice, by any chance?
