Cars and Numbness

This morning I had an unusual dream. I was riding in a car with my ex and my sister. It was dark and we were riding around a familiar town. Then i saw a woman i know that i haven't seen in a long time, i told my ex to follow her, and he sped up and passed her. Then the woman passed up and sped down a road, it wasn't paved, it was just grass. My ex swerved off and drove over this hill, me and my sister were freaking out. All of a sudden it was morning and the sun was beginning to come up. We found ourselves in some town we had never seen before. We drove up to a glass building and went inside. We saw a guy we knew, but didnt want to talk to him so we were ignoring him. There was this woman that was there and looked like she was an employee and was wanting to talk to us. My ex was whispering to me but it was just bunch of gibberish. Then i realized where we were, we were at a cable car station and we began to board onto a cable car ( like one of those zip-line ones in the mountians)My teeth were in alot of pain and i was trying to tell my sister and ex i wanted to leave. It was hard to talk, i could barely open my mouth. Then my mouth became numb and i think i started to cry, they finally got the message and left the cable car. All of a sudden we were at my house about to leave in the car we were previously in. I heard my phone ring and i went looking for it. I found it in my room and looked at it and i got a text. It was like someone was trying to send me a my phone virus on my phone or something (i have several dreams like this). I imeadiatly deleted it and was looking for my ex (he's the one that gave me the phone), i couldnt find him, so i went back towards my room and saw someone behind my door. I walked up and my ex jumped out and scared me. I instantly threw him on the bed and jumped on him, then he threw me back off, we were horseplaying, we werent mad or anything. We were both lying down and i asked him if he knew what the text was, and he said he didnt know. We looked at each other for a while, then i kissed him forehead. It was very sweet.

Sorry this is long, i just have a feeling this dream means more and appreciate anyone trying to help.
