Surprise, Imminent Engagement, Family & Party

Hi!

I dreamed that I was called by my boyfriend to come to his house and when I went there he and I were talking and he said something that made me hug him. In hugging him, I realized that as I was hugging him, people began to walk into the room carrying things for me and I started to cry because I was so surprised. The first person to give me something was my daughter and I bent down and gave her a kiss. Then another person, another person, etc. etc. After awhile I realized that this was the set up for something greater and that he was going to propose as I realized my immediate family was there and so was his. He kept taking me from room to room giving me gifts and talking to me telling me how much he loved me and he knows that although he has given me a hard time that this is where his heart lies. He told me to even ask his Captain (in the dream it seems he was a police officer, although in real life he is not).

At some point we ended up in a different part of the house just sitting down talking about us and he was holding my hand and being very passionate about how much he loved me when he began to look for something. He went from one item, to another item, to another opening things up to get to this thing. The thing turned out to be a diamond encrusted necklace he bought for me as an engagement gift. As I began to cry again (all tears of joy), more and more people are coming into the house bringing gifts and telling us congratulations.

He and I then end up in a room with what seemed to be my parents and his sister and he and I didn't even realize they were there because we were so into each other and I was just so happy that I was engaged and getting married.

Then I woke up feeling as though I loved him more than ever and have been thinking about him all day long.
