Baby has full set of teeth

My partner dreamt that my baby (who has no teeth) had a full set of teeth, apart from this he was the same in every other way. He has interpreted this as negative, but I beleive that is only if the teeth fall out or are bad, crushed or crooked. Does anyone have the interpretation for this dream? Thanks
