Recurring theme

Ever so often, though lately I have been having more of this theme occur, I am chasing after some guy or he is chasing or looking for me, or he stands in the background or we are together. Last night I dreamt I was with my husband when I got a package from this guy that I use to know long ago, actually it was hundreds of years ago, and he came to town wanting to be with me, so my husband was not happy but some thing inside me said to be with this guy, and he finally came, then I awoke before I got a good look at him, though something about fangs and immortality. In other dreams I am with the guy but we are outcasts or exiles, or non-humans, sometimes I am out to find him in a bad way like I want to kill him but I don't. Another bizarre thing is that sometimes these encounters occur in a mythological sense, once I was chasing him and I had large black wings, or sometimes were aliens, in the future, and two nights ago and once before I was a mermaid swimming with him. Once I dreamnt he was a vampire and I a werewolf, maybe same like last night. But he always appears in my dreams and he is not my husband and I know I have never met him in real life. What does this mean. Honestly I do not like dreaming about unknown weird guys.

Those dreams of yours may indicate some apprehension in your life; probably regarding someone close to you. many thanks Jennings for your interpretation, however, I had failed to mention in my first post, or wasn't clear that when I do meet this guy it becomes sexual, there is some sort of intense attraction between this person and myself. But I think it is something I am either fearing or desiring in life. I am really not sure about this, so any suggestion would be most appreciated.

The sexual encounter does alter the meaning. I am going to put my head on the chopping-block here and have a guess. It does sound as if you have a higher than normal libido (there is nothing unusual in this; it's just like having a high IQ) and your feelings can become quite animated and are possibly seldom fulfilled. If I were to add anything else I might best write a book as it could be a best-seller! I hope you enjoy your dreams.
