My dead father

Last night I had a dream of being out in a field next to a farm house and I was watching a storm with my father (he died 2001 when I was 17) and this girl, the sister or an ex boyfriend (that I happened to talk to last night), came running out of the farm house yelling about a tornado. My dad didn't see it at first, but it quickly came over the trees. It looked huge from a distance and I screamed at him to come inside with me. He just yelled to me to stay and watch. I stayed with him and the tornado passed in the field near us, much smaller than it had appeared before. I woke up I believe after that.

I have only had one dream about my father that I can remember since he died. So it is definitely weird to me. I'm in a new relationship and happier than I have ever been. The ex that I spoke to is who I was with when my father died and it was most certainly a tumultuous relationship. (a tornado if you will) But my conversation was all about how much he had changed and was going to church, etc....totally a different person and I can remember thinking last night that I didn't even know him any more. So maybe it has something to do with it, but I'd like to hear other thoughts. **Joan, if this is your type of story, let me know***
