I Vomited in BF's Kitchen Sink...EEEW!!!

Well, last night I had a tense night with my boyfriend, we decided that we want to live together, a couple of weeks back, but then he said some things that made me think he might be getting cold feet. But anyway, we spent the night together, and I dreamt that he was living in a double wide trailer(not true). Inside the place was absolutely filthy(also not true, my bf is an immaculate house keeper). There were some kids who came to the door, and just walked in because in the dream he was supposed to babysit them. We were also in bed asleep when the kids came, and for some reason, I got up from the bed and started throwing up all kinds of gross, filthy stuff into the kitchen sink, including little dry tree branches, and all kinds of slimy brown stuff. In the dream, he started to wake up and see what was wrong with me, and that's when I woke up for good. Later this morning after he was at work he called me up and asked me again what was bothering me, and this time I told him the truth even though I thought it might hurt him, and he was a little hurt at first, but I think he understands better now. I think we are closer together for our honesty. I think the vomiting in the dream meant that I needed to let these feelings out. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

If one dreamt vomited and it was blood means he will have a big loss.
If dreamt vomited and easily threw up means he will feel sorry for sins , if couldn't throw up means a disaster and a big loss.
