Lying on the bed ill and buckets of coins

Hi,

Last night I dreamt that I was ill and lying on the bed and people were talking to me as if I was going to get better. I did get better and then I was on the floor filling 3 buckets with many coins some small in size and others normal size. the buckets were overflowing with coins. There was an unknown lady who was vomiting and very ill and I sent her away so she wouldnt spread her germs.
