Microscopic Worms In Hand

My dream consisted of me being with friends when a huge reddish orange bug flew by and seemed as though it was annoying so I hit it with my hand and killed it.

A few minutes later my hand began to itch and the same spot that I hit the bug with on my hand had a small hole that wasn't open but you could see micrscopic (very very very tiny) worms crawling from the hole in my hand. They were brown in color. I kept scratching and scratching and I tried to cut my hand with a nail clipper to get the worms out but seemed to just keep getting more and more skin.

I woke up and my hand was and is still itching in the same spot.

If dreamt scratched his body and it was hurt means his family and relatives will disturb him.
To kill a bug means to achieve a wish orto overcome a weak person.
Worms are weak people very weak.

Thanks. Wow. That says alot. Also... a little less than a month ago one of my dreams you told me meant that I had a sorrow or trouble on the way well on this past Saturday, one of my friends crashed into my car and totaled it! I immediately thought about you and the dream that I had.
