i keep interacting with the same person in every single dream.
he was in my year at school, we graduated last year. i dont know whether it waslove or not, but my feelings for him are very deep. we'd never admit anything to eachother, although our eyes always met from across the room or during a lunchbreak. we were from different social groups. im your down to earth girl that the blokes love, and he was the guy everyone wanted to be around. he was a natural leader, a good mate to all, he was going to join the army thisyear, same as me. but sadly, he became hooked on drugs, and committed suicide 2 days before new years. i beleive he did it, because he didnt want to live that kind oflife, guess he thought he;d be better off. and i regret never telling him how i felt, every day. every night i dream of him. it always a different situation, but we always have teh same conversation. i take him by the hand, cry to him, ask him why he did it. he doesnt answer me, but i feel the response somehow. we're very intimate in these dreams, and it's as if he wants me to know that if i had said something, he would have reconsidered. its as if its my fault. and during the days, the world just feels like its missing a piece because hes gone, it feels as if he's still alive somewhere. anyway, i dream of him all teh time, and i want to know whether he's trying to tell me something, or maybe im just dreaming of him because hes on my mind 24-7?? this is a long post, so once i get a reply i'll post another with the details, all the symbols i get. it'd be lightening to hear what people have to suggest. if you dream a dead person especially often it is that you don't want him to be dead and as you said you feel guilty that you didn't talk with him especially because he done suicide. maybe you think that he wouldn't do that if you have been friend to him. for your own good you need to overcome this and realize that he is dead
other thing that you dream often of him is that maybe you poses some qualities that he represent in your dreams |

Well, I'd like to thank you for your post about my dream... Now on to yours. I'm of the opinion that dreams are the minds way of resolving internal struggles you have... should have thought of that with respect to my own dream but... you know sometimes its hard to see things when you stand too close to them. Anyway, I don't discount speritual messages from loved ones or cosmic conections but... I've never experienced it so, it would be inappropriate for me to comment on that.
From what you've said about your friend... you seem to have loved him a great deal, in a way... be it platonic or really sexual love, you cared for him deeply. I emagine that his death really shocked you. It is possible that your subconsious is trying to tell you that, yeah, maybe you should have reached out maybe you should have held him and told him that if he wanted you, you'd care for him. I personally don't think you could have done anything. When I was in highschool... along time ago it seems... a friend of mine was scitsophrenic and always thought everyone was trying to have him killed. In the end he threw himself out of a moving van going 120 kph on the highway. Everytime I tried to convince him it was all in his head he thought I was on "their side." Sometimes there just is nothing that can be done. I just thought of another possibility... One that might seem to fit better. Maybe your subconsious is conflicted... you are feeling like you're to blame, but also you really miss him and think about him alot. So, you want to know from the him you keep in your mind why he did it. You get no answer because you yourself do not know. When you see him in intamate situations... it is possible that other parts of your mind wish to experience what might have been... so you are still trying to experience his touch and embrace. I'd be curious if you had had dreams about him before his death. One more thing. I notice you're from down under... I'm from the states... Our boys are counting on you Ausy's. I have a cousin in the forces... I didn't join myself, but alot of my family did. If you're stationed in Iraq, stay safe! You sound like a good kid. |
