Swimming Over Underwater Graveyard
Dreamed I was visiting a new beach at a state park along the lake. This was a beautiful summer day. I first thought the beach would be dirty, but when I looked more closely at the water and the beach, it was clean. It was a very nice beach but I noticed the tops of some tombstones sticking out of the sand. Most of the grave yard was under water. It was a very old grave yard, the kind everyone forgets about. The state came in and just dumped tons of sand on top of the graveyard to make a new beach. I said to a woman getting out of the water, 'You know you are swimming over a graveyard?' She said, "That's ok with me." I thought about making the dead come out of their graves and scare the swimmers as my joke on them but decided not to. I was hesitant about going in and enjoying a swim but, on second thought, any ghostly activity would've diminshed over this length of time, I doubt anything bad would happen. I went swimming and had a good time.
