Deformity.. Sort of

Okay so, I was at this really old building, I'm not sure what it was for, it seemed like a really badly run orphanage or homeless place. I walked into a room and I saw a good friend of mine, in an old scappy dress in a room with wooden floors and bunkbeds, but it looked horrible. I didn't know her in this dream, but I knew who she was. We started to talk a bit, and then she asked me to cut her hair. There were a few random people (I only remember seeing their shoes) and I don't know what they were saying but I know that they were rude. They eventually left. My friend's hair is originally very short, but in this dream it was down to her back. She told me to take these bobby pins out of her hair first, and I did, then I cut her hair. She looked completely normal before I took the bobby pins out but as soon as I did, her face was suddenly deformed, her chin mostly, looking very flat and crinkled. Her whole face just became suddenly flat, in a sense.

I believe it ended there, me and my friend are curious as to if this may have any deeper meaning?

A second but brief dream I had was I was at my friends house and I was watching television, then my ex best friend came in and sat on the couch opposite me, and we didn't say a word. I don't know if they tie into each other by any means but a response would be greatly appreciated.
