Dirt smeared on the collar bone

I dreamt a couple months ago that someone smeared dirt at my right collar bone. Later on in my dreamt I saw it grew to a serious inflamation. Does someone has an interpretation for this? Or if someone has dreamt anything like this before, could you share your experience?

It could be a warning telling you to keep on eye with it and be careful of your health. Just pray it will be fine.
