Raping and murdering my own mom and sisters?!? NEED SERIOUS HELP

I had a dream last night that I raped and murdered my own mother and two younger sisters. We were sitting having dinner at this long table, me being at one end, my father at the other and my two sisters on the left, mum on the right. Dad was talking about canoes in the army (he doesn't canoe and hasn't been in the army) and how he took down thousands of ships down with it. I was convinced he was lying and got annoyed, then pulled a gun out and shot him through the head. I started to laugh while everyone else (including my brother who was not there previously) was crying over his body. I was suddenly in a small room with my two sisters where i grabbed the youngest and tore off her clothes with a knife. I penetrated her anus and ejaculated green sperm inside her (which leeked out), this practically repeated itself with my other sister and mother, all individually.

Sorry if this seemed graphic, but i didnt knwo how else to explain and i need help the dream was sent when i was a young lad.
