Interpret these please=)

I have two dreams I'm questioning..
The first: My sister, brother-in-law and I were at a hospital. I looked down a small hallway and saw my mother sitting there in a wheelchair with her neck limp to the side and drool coming out of her mouth. Later in the dream I was telling the story to my friend of how my mother has tuberculosis and is slowly dying.

The second: I live in a small town that has a yearly festival called wo-zha-wa. During this festival the town is packed and there rides and crafts. My dream took place during the time of the festival. Again my sister and brother-in-law were there, and also my parents. We were eating at a resteraunt downtown. I saw someone I recognized, not a friend but an aquaintence, looking in the window at me. Then she ran away around the back. I told my family how I was being followed. Then the booth we were in switched to chairs against the window and I sunk down in my chair as low as possible and told all my family to look at the farthest window for the girl following me. Sure enough they saw her look in the window towards me.
After that we were walking to where we parked our car and I thought I saw the girl following me and yelled at her. But it wasn't the right girl. Then as I was getting into my family's car she walked around the corner and I yelled at her "what the heck, why are you following me!?" She replied, "someone else is following you that I don't know of, and I'm the head of the organization following you".

Your mother was on a wheelchair means she will have a travel.
Neck means the place for the debts and promises, it was limp means she will pay her debts or will hold a promise.

Someone was chasing you and you were hiding means you will overcome tjat acquaitance, you yelled on her means she will have a bad situation.
