Two Dreams that I do not understand.

I have been reading posts to see if my dreams had already been explained, but I have not found a concrete answer yet.

The first had flashbacks of good times with family, friends, and past relationships... nothing negative... then suddenly I was at my own funeral. Nobody could see or hear me, but everyone was rejoicing and not mourning. Not a single person cried. I have no idea of the cause of death.

I have read where viewing your own funeral in a dream means you will get a promotion. I am starting my own company. I just don't see how the flashbacks and the rejoicing of my death fit in.

The second dream I have had since I was 3. The first night I had it was the night my 3 month old sister passed away. I used to have it nearly every night, but now I only have it every once in awhile.

In the dream it starts out with just a white tunnel of light. Then I hear a voice saying "Ricky... Ricky... He wants you to come with." I preceed to answer "Who are you?" She replies "Shantel" (my sisters name)... She then goes on to say "He wants you to come with, he loves us" she then appears and she is now probably about 10 years old... then i wake up

When I awoke the first time I had the dream it was to the sirens of the EMS at my house trying to save my sister. I used to wake up crying and scared half to death, by this dream... now it is normal to me, but I would like to know what it means.
