Default My dream gets stuck in one place...

Hi,

Sometimes I will have an discontentment while Im dreaming because I cannot move on in the dream, the same thing will happen for longer than should. Is it because of an umcomfortable position while I am sleeping?

Hi M,
When you feel annoyance or other emotions in dreams it is a sure sign that the dream is trying to wake you up. You are more likely to have these kind of dreams near morning when it is nearly time to wake up anyway.
Cheers Wolfjk

I'm not sure if sleeping position affects how you dream. I don't think it does. Besides, what do you consider 'an uncomfortable position'?

HI Jon and wolfy,

I find it uncomforatble to sleep on my side. Sleeping on my side squeezes my diaphram, so I find it harder to breathe. I havent always had the problem. I think I must be sleeping on my side when I get these problems in my dreams.

Hi Jon,
Bad sleeping positions are major causes of bad dreams. You can try it foryourself. If some part of the body hurts while you sleep The subconscious mind responds to it with a dream that moves you out of the position or wakes you up.
In fact your subconscious responds to everything that happens to you during sleep. Drugs, food, pain - physical or psichological, and most bodyly needs that arise during sleep.
Cheers Wolfjk
