Shopping For a Coat

I was in a large department store shopping for a winter coat. When I got to that department, the store had marked down the prices greatly. However, there was a big crowd picking over the coats and by the time everyone ahead of me had picked one out there were none left. I was very annoyed because I had been stopped by my supervisor who wanted me to teach a teaching technique to two other teachers plus someone who wanted advice with a personal problem. When I looked in my hands I only had a pair of ugly pants so I threw them back on the shelf and walked out the door. It was very cold and snowy outside but the weatherman on the radio was forecasting severe thunderstorms with dangerous lightning and hail. I walked to the edge of a lake and looked across it. The lake was calm and there were snow covered hills behind it which looked beautiful to me. Then I found a chimera and some wood. I put the wood inside and was pleased to find that there were still smoldering embers and I soon had a warm fire.

This dream is telling you to prepared for the coming winter. We might have a bad coming winter that I have warning dreams before.

Smitty, your dreams are always interesting but a tad revealing so what does tact decree? Well, you are in a public place which offers comfort or protection (whatever it is, it's cosy) but you find that you are left out in the cold by others and you are upset. While you held a responsible position and brought to bear influence on others, certain nefarious activity compelled you depart company and 'Baby, it is cold outside'! The departure forced you into deep thought yet you found comfort in this solitude (far from the madding crowd, figuratively speaking). Subsequently you appear to have befriended another who rekindled your interest or 'spark' in life. (From the ashes of disaster grow the roses of success)! Well, maybe not entirely, but your dreamscape is fascinating.
