I had the following dream:
I was standing in my back yard, speaking with some friends. Without warning, three of them drew knives and began stabbing me. I bled profusely. My blood was bright orange, as if it were orange soda pop. I pushed the attackers away and began running. My enviroment became a blur, and I could no longer tell where I was. I stopped running, and found myself in front of a man who I instinctively knew could help me. I told him what had occured, and he claimed he would take me to a safe place. We walked along a dirt road to a large rounded building, like a colluseum. We went inside, and the man led me to a small room with a television in it. He told me that he would send someone to help me. As i waited for the help, the television came on. I saw the three attackers stabbing me, and orange blood spilling eveywhere. It all looked very fake and staged. The door opened and a man walked in. He asked me what had happened, and i explained about the stabbing and orange blood. He told me that I was lying and was just talking about the "new movie that just came out". The man left, and I was forced to watch the "movie" yet again. This time, i noticed a forth person, a teenage boy, who dipped his face into my blood and rubbed it in, as if it were lotion. I did not recognize this boy. The door to the room opened again, and my three attackers entered. I woke up just as the door closed behind them. I realize that this dream most likely represents my friends taking advantage of me (as i have been told that they are doing so in my waking life), and no one will help. However, I am interested to know if the orange blood, the teenage boy, or the round building mean anything. Can anyone help? Last edited by Gryphon : 06-09-2007 at 03:45 AM. |

There appears to be rivalry among your associates but whatever it is it sounds as if allegations were laid against you and your explanation sounded unlikely and you became alarmed and reacted. You sought legal help. The incident is heard before some kind of public tribunal where you maintain your innocence. The incident is analysed in detail as the prosecution indicts you. Others not involved appear to believe you but the prosecution's case seems strong.
The orange blood is your seemingly weak excuse; the teenage boy represents the innocents who believe; the rounded building (no sides) is the place of jurisdiction; the dirt-track is going over the sordid detail; the theatre-like drama is the anitquity of the judical system. It sounds as if you got yourself into trouble. |

That makes a lot of sense. Thank you very much. I'm new to this site, but i have strange dreams quite often, so I think I'll post more threads in the coming weeks.

Thanks for the feedback which is appreciated but small caveat here; those analyses don't come with a guarantee!

Hi Gryphon,
The orange blood (kind of like pop) seems to be saying it is a substitute for real blood in the scene. Making it like its not a real threat because real blood would be coming out if it were. Otherwise it sure is a violent dream. I'm not getting the round house. It sure is kind of earthy though. Kind of like a Hogan. I like Jennings interpretation though. The end sure is scary. No wonder you woke up. Vee |

Hi. This dream really scared me when I read it. It seems like you should really take a second look at people that you think are there to help, and really ask yourself what the motives are. I'm really not sure if the building shape means anything, though the color of the blood might just be because you're naturally not going to want to see your own blood. Blood strikes a deep and primal fear in most of us, and for good reason. The teenage boy, though, and the way he rubs his face in your blood, suggests that there might be someone who would really like to see you come into misfortune, so be careful!
