cutting fingers

Ok, this wasn't a long dream at all,well from which I can remember. It was me, my mother, and some other lady which I'm not sure exactly who it was. Well this lady and my mom all of a sudden were suppose to try to cut eachothers fingers off, why I have no clue. My mother wanted me to do it for her, but i told her that I didn't know how to use those scissors because I had never used them befor, but I ended up doing it for her. So I ended up cutting the ladies fingers off and she didnt even touch me. After cutting her fingers off the lady had dissappeard and it then turned to my mother(but she still had atleast 3-4 fingers left). Then all of the sudden it was in my father's semi-truck, which he was driving at the time. The semi was really huge, the back room where the bed was, was much bigger than normal size and it also had a pretty large freezer right by that room. I then had to find all her fingers so I could sew them back together. The first two fingers that I found were the easiest to find they were right behind the passenger seat in the front(One of the fingers was the pinky). The other ones were not so easy, I had to search everwhere. But the third one I had found was green so then I was like ok so I have to hurry up and get these into a cold place, so I went in the freezer and put the fingers into a blue plastic cup full of ice which hurridly changed into water. Then I went back into the room to search for more and when I found a couple fingers i ran back into the freezer to put them into the cup and I had did so a few times. After I had found all of the fingers I didn't get the chance of sewing them back on my mothers hand. But then all of the sudden my dad went into the back room with my mother I'm guessing to see if she was ok but I didn't get to see them. I took over driving the semi because I had noticed that my dad had left it on autodrive so I sat in the front then like 20 seconds later a stop signed had appeared in the middle of the road.I had to hurry up and brake, but then my dad came back.. I think I had yelled OMG. My dad had said that it was alright.. or something... Then the dream had ended.. Please tell me what this means if it even makes any sense at all... It is a bit odd for me... Thank you!!!!

My first thought on this dream is that you are out of touch with something: family and friends, or maybe your wise, creative, feminine side (mother and lady). You aren't sure why the fingers were cut off, but you did the cutting. You find them later in your father's truck (trucks are used for carrying loads or moving things) and you try to repair the damage.
