Default Confusing dreams ...please help

Hi, Im new here and I find this forum very informative and helpful in interpreting dreams.

I have dreams that need interpretation.

1. I am on a balcony or somewhere high and watching that the roads and buildings are collapsing. The road is actually being pulled away by a flood. But there is nothing about me in danger or so.

2. We are traveling to a strange place...I even know the name of the place but I ve never been there. We are traveling by car and I am not driving but dont know who is. I can only remember that my mom was there in the dream and was coming with us to this place which seems to be a dangerous one. On the way there are burning piles of ...I dont know what lot of black smoke and I think there were also dead bodies in the fires. Some crazy people deformed sort of charred and weird are running about burning things and probably killing. I call my mom to come into the car and then we are all of a sudden I am coming out of a big bungalow somewhere and im normal. The other thing that i forgotto mention is that my mom died 15 years ago.

This dream is so confusing and i dont know if it really means anything.

Help me.

Hi Rehem,
First by flood...Then by fire. Sounds kinda Biblical. Although your unhurt in both it seems you may subconciously fear the end of the world. I assume that your mother is also unhurt but the dream has placed her in the fire environment. Maybe you are worried about the afterlife and what it will be like. You also may be worried about where your mother is now. Your probably answered your own dream. She is safely hear with you. She certainly checks up on you often. You may even feel her presence as she is riding with you in your car.
Blessings
Vee

Default dreamt again!!

Hi,

I once again dreamt of my deceased parents. there were 2strangers in the room and were suffocating my mom...I was pleading them not to....nothing happened to my mom and my dad was also there briefly. Suddenly they were not there anymore and I was taking my mom to the restroom. Are these dreams signs of something bad or good? Are the dreams saying something?? Any ideas?

Thumbs up

I think the most recent dream you told us (the dream above) may be a reflection from the pain you feel for your parents have passed away. Although you said your mother has died 15 years ago and you may well be over the worst part but subconsiously I believe the pain will always be there. In your dream someone was suffocating your mom. In my view you´ve been thinking of your mom, either unconsciously while you were asleep or the day before you had the dream. Symbolically you may recently have experienced the feeling of being ´suffocated´ because your mom cannot be there for you to share your achievements. Perhaps you felt you needed her to help you make an important decision or give you assistance, and the feeling you had when you faced the reality then turned into a dream. This is only my suggestion and the person who I think can give you the most appropriate interpretation is you yourself. Try to find a connection with this dream and the events recenty happened in your life and I´m sure you´ll find a logical explanation. Good luck to you!

Default thnx

Hi Clarity,

I still feel terrible when i think about my mom. But of late I did not especially think of her. I am undergoing a bad phase emotionally, best friend betrayed me and other things. Actually, I would have got some advice from my mom if she were there and I do miss both my parents as I recently completed my PhD. I wish they were alive to see my achievements. What can we do? This is life, just have to face what comes....

Thanx for your help anyway

rehem

Hi rehem, you have quite a burden to carry on your shoulders, and I feel so sorry for you. I´m sure your parents are so proud of you, wherever they are. I hope you´ll get the strength you need to one day face this world with a smile and feel happy for everything you´ve achieved. My best friend commenced her studies at uni last year and although it meant a lot for her before her father passed away, she didn´t have that feeling any longer as her father couldn´t be there to share it with her. I know a lot of sad things happen to everyone and just like you said we just need to take what we´re given, although it is gets really hard sometimes. I wish you lots of success in your life
