Answering Cell Phone During a Presentation

I was outside on a school playground and it was a sunny and clear day to attend a presentation. The man who was doing it was a former principal of mine who I worked for several years ago, and the school was one that I had attended as a child. Meanwhile, I kept hearing a phone ringing and then I realized that it was my cell phone. I quickly walked away from the presentation to answer it so I wouldn't disturb anyone by talking. As I was walking, I was joined by a young woman who I didn't know.
When I answered it, it was the principal's secretary who I always regarded highly because of her kindness towards the children and staff of the school. I answered it and then woke up.

On returning after a sabbatical Smitty I note that the same theme to your dreams still persist.

Your current dream seems to describe your social dependence on institutional life where something has happened to the embarrassment of all within the environment or subculture in which you operate and where you might feel emotionally imprisoned.
