In a recent dream I was among alot of very beautiful and naked mexican women. They all had done their make-up and hair beautifully but were completely naked. We were surrounded by jeering men who were one by one laying us down (outside in broad daylight on a beautiful hill by a really pretty tree) inside of a huge light pink sheet and rolling us down the hill. It was a game to see if you hit a huge metal ball with spikes in it under the sheet that would kill you when you were rolled over it, the women were excited and fully aware of how the game worked. One by one naked and bloody dying women were pulled from under the sheet to applause. When it was my turn i resisted and was pushed when i hit the ball of spikes it turned to a squeaky toy that just squeaked, everyone laughed then i woke up. Can anyone tell me what the hell this means?

Hi,
If one dreamt was naked and was ashamed of people and was trying to cover himself means will go to a pilgrimage or means forgiveness by God. If one was naked and was working for material world means will have a sorrow. If dreamt was naked but had a towel around his body means a chance to worship God and praying. If was naked and his privy parts were seen a secret of him will reveal or infamy. Nakedness for honest people means a goodness but for dishonest people means infamy. A sheet means a b/f or a partner. Spikes or nails Nail is interpreted as a man who helps people. If one dreamt was connecting things with nails means his scattered affairs will arrange. If dreamt his nail was lost means in the contrary. Nail or screw or spike may also mean;1- a big man 2- a promise 3- a commander 4- a loss. Death means having a problem solved.

thank you so much. I am wondering if perhaps the women being so happy to be naked and having the possibility of death before them and my complete opposite feelings has something to do with anything I am going thru or feeling.
I seem to have alot of insecurities with my own body and death is a terrifying thought for me, but i find that often dreams don't have literal meanings. The dream was so peaceful and beautiful. The grass was a perfect green, the tree was like out of a painting and all the women's bodies were perfect and they were all so happy, it seemed like i was the only one who saw the insanity of the situation. thank you so much for helping. |

Although it would be best to have a lot of background information about you in order to provide a more accurate interpretation, here are a few ideas about the possible meaning of your dream as based on some fairly common dream motifs and from looking at a couple of your other dream posts as well.
In general, you may have hit the nail on the head when you mentioned that your dreams might often be about feeling insecure about yourself. This theme does appear to show up often since you wrote that you have the same type of dream fairly regularly. A clue to the underlying cause of feeling insecure in some way might appear in the image of the beautiful naked Mexican women. Generally, a crowd or group as opposed to one or a few persons tends to represent that something is too unconscious to the dreamer in everyday life. Since they are apparently “foreign” and “less known” to you, that is “Mexican” in this case, this too emphasizes that you may be unaware of some aspect of your personality that perhaps lives out its own life without much intervention from you. The makeup, beauty, earthy nature of the Mexican women, and the pink sheet might be linked to the idea of “feminine attractiveness” and very good interpersonal skills. There’s nothing wrong with a woman exercising this side of her nature to please others as long as it perhaps doesn’t cause her to stray too far away from developing other aspects of her personality as well, possibly represented by their being naked and “primitive” in a way. The pretty tree might symbolize this greater personality that could be worked at in some way. These undeveloped parts of yourself likely also appear in the image of the jeering men. There could be a sort of almost unheard undertone of negative thoughts that’s often going on, whispering things like “Why try to do that, you’re so dumb” etc. etc. In this take on your dream, the willing women might symbolize a certain masochistic feeling that exists and which causes an ongoing round and round phenomenon of self doubt and recrimination that comes from depending too much on well-honed relationship skills while not developing enough assertiveness for example, and other less “feminine” attitudes as well. The whole possible situation of rumbling, underground negative thinking apparently could even destroy the chance for the growth of a deeply feminine, instinctive all-round womanhood (Mexican women killed). However, although sometimes glimpsing this danger (resist at first rolling down the hill), perhaps you somehow convince yourself that your current route in life is good enough so that a sense of worry or concern disappears (spiked ball turns into a squeaky toy). Your other dream about your boyfriend raping women carries a similar theme since rape in a woman’s dream often symbolizes an inner man who constantly berates and belittles a woman through negative thinking, sometimes through pushing her toward extreme social or career goals, or toward an overall perfect “image”, and this all tends to distort her personality too much. In your dream, the other women are again perhaps aspects of yourself that are being brutalized by some inner negative thinking. Dreams speak in metaphor and analogy, often in a very subtle way, so that they have to be looked at very carefully. For example, your dream might be making your boyfriend into a rapist to sort of wake you up to the need to develop your own skills and abilities in some way. Here, it’s not likely a question of the dream alerting you to some problem about your outer boyfriend as much as showing you the trap of perhaps being loved and accepted by him too much. This in a way removes an incentive to become all you can be. For example, he probably has some qualities and characteristics that you admire a lot, but perhaps the dream is partly hinting that you have to make these qualities your own by working at them within. The stolen pen might symbolize “words”, that is, the ability to think, compose and record in a way your own individual thoughts as opposed to adopting those of others perhaps a little too easily. For example, you may have adopted a conventional view of society that girls have to always please others while ignoring their own happiness. The image of your boyfriend as an armed security guard may relate again to the idea of guilt and negative thoughts that you want to “kill” you, that is, make you unconscious of some important personal goal in your life. That way, you’d be off the hook and could continue on as currently. It’s possible that the image of wanting death is so strong in the dream because deep down there is some tiny part of yourself that for some reason is very afraid of rejection and abandonment. This might be the motive for perhaps always trying to please people too much and this backfires because too little is done to work at your assertive side for example. As mentioned, without a lot of background information it’s not usually possible to provide too accurate an interpretation, but if any of this seems to apply to you in some way, perhaps something like an assertiveness course might help, or working through a book like “Asserting Yourself” by Bower and Bower. And if you’d like to get a detailed look at the “inner man” who is likely controlling things within you a bit too much, “The Ravaged Bridegroom” by analyst Marion Woodman would provide a very valuable overview. These books can be found on a site like amazon.com for example. You might even like to check out the website Marion Woodman Links to see if her ideas seem to click with you in some way. Usually by exploring repetitive dreams and finding an overall meaning that clicks, they will stop and move on to other topics since you’re dealing with the one that they were alerting you too. Good luck at finding their central meaning in this case so that they’ll become less upsetting for you. Last edited by Athanor : 05-21-2007 at 06:10 PM. |

Hi Licia,
*****When it was my turn i resisted and was pushed when i hit the ball of spikes it turned to a squeaky toy that just squeaked, everyone laughed then i woke up. Can anyone tell me what the hell this means?***** After studying dreams a long time I come to the conclusion that dreams have very little meaning. However dreams do the important job of the guardian angel while you sleep. Dreams do things rather than mean this or that. The little meaning dreams have concerns the character of the dreamer. In the above dream the aim of the dream was to turn you over in bed and wake you up. The sleeper very often simulates or actually makes the moves the dream suggests. In your dream you were probably simulating the moves the other girls made when they were rolled, but actually turned over when it came to your turn. The humour of the squicky toy was the final waking element of the dream. Now if we came to the meaning!? Although you say you have a perfect relationship with your boyfriend, your dreams suggest that you are more in sympathy with beatiful girls. You have a secret fear of, or hate towards men. Any reasons for it? Cheers Wolfjk

well my boyfriend and i both do not appreciate the ideals that most men have. Just a few days ago i saw a man with a bumper sticker on his truck that said," two in the pink...." well i'm sure you know the rest. It amazes me the audacity he had. I think that society as a whole could do better, but i don't go round hating on men, women can be just as bad. I can't say that i don't take the way SOME men act personally, but i have hope that all men are good. But yes, you can say i'm pissed at the way most the men i've met in my life have seen women as sexual objects first and people second. Nice observation, thank you wolfjk.

women in dreams can represent your vuiews about women in general or how women can feel about themselves.. pressure to actnin a certain way or look a certain way. So your link to body image is perhaps a good one. It would especially be the case if you had felt particularly this way the day before. Dreams ogftne link to the day before. Its our first chance to think over the events
------------------------ The dreams we have are very much related to the brain and how it devotes time to the pressing needs in our lives. The dream mind can decide to try to look at the bigger picture. In other words we may suddenly stand back and take a good long look at our lives. We may ask what is the point of carrying on with a job that we hate or a relationship that is falling apart. So in that way the intuitive mind may decide to take an objective look at the reality of our lives. At other times the dream mind will be content to get caught up in the little issues in our lives. It may wonder if we should get ourselves a new hair cut or if we should decide to get a new digital TV. So the dreams we have will sometimes reflect the bigger and important long view but also expect them to get caught up in the seemingly mundane issues of everyday life. Try to see what type of a mood you are in. If you suddenly feel as if you are thinking more in the long term then look at your dreams in that way. They are likely to link to general issues and about the bigger picture and how you live your life. They may reflect your own personality and some changes that you are trying to bring about.
