swollen face in mirror and detached middle ear bone

yesterday while sleeping in the afternoon ..my sleep extented upto evening and around 5pm i saw this dream
i was looking into a mirror,and to my surprise i find my head swollen like football..then i look into my hands and find they are also massively swollen..so iam telling my husband..i think it is emergency and we should go to hospital.."we are going to hospital then suddenly i find that a piece of bone(which i think is my middle inner ear)from my right has detached and it is in my hand..i am saying that "probably this was causing my body to swell.."
then i am in hospital and and am sure that this detached bone is going to be perfectly fixed..isee nurese attnding my and taking blood for test and fixing iv dpir..
can any one help me about this dream

The one who was in the mirror is your husband because in the mirror is interpreted as someone else.
Being swollen means receiving some money is on the way.
Your ear bone is your partner hubby or your daughter if you have.
It was seperated means he/she will seperate for a short time.

your interpretation came true partly.some big money is on the way i am not sure i am getting it actually untill it really comes to me.
second part has already happened.my husband got transfered to another city.he is travelling today to take charge there.
