The Man All In Red

Hello-Im new to this site. I joined it because for the past month or two I've been having really weird dreams. I don't even think that anyone would be able to interpret them because they're so random and crazy. But i decided to post some of them. I will start with one of the not so confusing ones:

I live in the country so im the only house on my road, the rest is crops.
I was in my front yard with my boyfriend and his friend, sitting in his car. When i looked across the road, i saw a man dressed all in red staring at my house. I got out of the car, and my boyfriend and his friend drove away. I ran into my house to tell my mom and sister that there was a man outside, but when i tried to close the door, it just swung back and forth. (Imagine the door being to skinny to hit the edge of the wall to close.) I told my mom, "The man did this so we wouldn't be able to close and lock our door!" Right after i said that, the man started walking towards the door, slowly. My mom looked and turned to my sister and I, then said, "Well, this is it girls. You've done well."

Then i woke up.

Red can symbolise energy and life. As well as fire. But, as the man is 'staring at my house', it could signal danger. Especially as he walks towards you and your family. Maybe it's a warning of some kind. Though your Mum's comment seems odd if this is the case. Maybe the man is a messenger delivering news of some kind.

Red means a sorrow for men and happiness for women.
Opening a door means achieving a wish, and closing a door means not achieving a wish, so you will try to close the door of a wish but it won't happen.
This may take a month to happen.
