help interpreting two dreams?

I've had the following two dreams twice each.
The first one is a nightmare:
In the dream I live in a tiny apartment building with a huge garden, and apparently recently moved in. My mother is at work and a couple that lives upstairs knocks on my door and asks to use my hall, I say yes and live while they are doing something there. Suddenly Im outside with 3 friends of mine and people start disappearing for a fraction of a second and reappearing dead from severe stabs in random places of the body. Other neighbors blame me for letting the couple use my hall. I had a little baby brother (in reality I am an only child) who was standing next to me. He disappears and I grab thin air and his leg appears in my hand, he's decapitated. I start crying and running and fall down, a kid from my school and his girlfriend (I don't know either of them) help me up and tell me to run, we pass through a gate and I wake up crying.
It is an awfully scary dream and that is all I can recall from it.

The second dream:

My cat (usually adorable) starts chasing me in my apartment and suddenly stretches her body pulling me off the ground until I hit the ceiling leaning against the top of a door to a room we don't use, her crawls in my behind.
she goes back to regular size and strength and I am really pissed at her and put her head inside an empty cigarette box as it shrinks to the box's size. Suddenly I realize this might have hurt her and when I go to get her her whole body is in the tiny box, I take her out she seems inanimate and reminds me of a fetus. Than she's fine again and extremely loving. I wake up.
In the dream I am scared when she pulls me up but even more when I think I hurt her. I don't know what it means.

Some help with either of the above would be greatly appreciated.

when I wrote that I "live while they are doing something there" I meant "leave" instead of "live" (English is not my first language).
Also about the couple: though I didn't see it in the dream I knew that they had helped me with shopping bags earlier, they looked very nice, polite and traditional.

Dreams are symbolic and should be interpreted .They are not direct saying.
First people who were dead means they will have a problem solved.
A baby boy or a little brother is a symbol for a sorrow or an illness on the way that he was dead and decapitated means if you have a sorrow it will end , if you have debts will pay, if you are ill will cure.

In thelast dream, I for got to say: running away from someone or something means you will overcome him her also it means a happiness if you didn't scream.
But fall down means not achieving a wish.
A cat means a thief person, or a kind woman.that you will overcome her.
