Hello all,
Last night I had a dream that I was going on a trip with my family. We were taking a plane somewhere then getting on a boat. The whole plane part was kind of in fast forward- the main part was getting to the boat. There was a big crowd of people, and someone announced that the first group of people to get on the boat would win a prize, so I started running through the crowd, but didn't make it in time to win. Then this is the really weird part- the person at the dock wasn't strong enough to anchor the boat or whatever, so they brought in a big animal, looked like a buffalo, to do it, and the animal did it, but from the force it died! (in the dream, it actually burst into flames, which was really disturbing). Then we were about to get on, and I realized I hadn't packed anything! I said to my father "I didn't pack anything! Things have been so crazy the last few weeks I didn't even think to pack. And I don't have time to go home and get anything." And I was crying and hugged my father goodbye, and that's where the dream ended. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

If it was a bull, it could mean the negative side of human nature, fear or anger. The Raging Bull, Bull in a China Shop, Bull at a Gate.
But also the sexual side of humans. Or creative power or energy. Maybe you have conflicting emotions in life. The boat is how we cope with them. How we steer or navigate our path through life. Here you may’ve been afraid of missing the boat, and, thus, the kind of chance or opportunity represented by the ’prize’. The anchor is certainties, points of reference and focus in our lives. Or maybe controlling those energies I mentioned earlier, and guiding or channelling them. It means stability, mentally and emotionally. Or being able to grasp an opportunity, concept or idea, and holding on to it. It means we are in the process of achieving hope of a future peace and tranquillity. An aeroplane can represent sudden or dramatic changes in life. Taking off is a leap into the unknown. But also new horizons and opportunities - the sky’s the limit. A plane can symbolise freedom or independence. But also a spiritual, mental, or emotional journey as much as a physical one. A landing plane means a goal or ambition has been successfully achieved or realised. Or the successful outcome of a calculated risk. Whatever the circumstances, though, your family is with you offering love and support. You are all in the same boat or plane, after all.
