Hi! I had a strange dream last night that Im hoping someone can offer some insight to.
It starts out with me and my ex girlfriend (who I still have feelings for) in the hallway of my house and she is asking me to fix the light in the computer room. For some reason in the dream it's necessary to go into the attic to fix the light. So I get a ladder and open up the space going into the attic but its dark so I got a rather large flashlight and stood on the ladder and shined it in. I saw many dead wasps laying around and an old/abandoned wasp nest, then a bee type insect (was fat like a bumble bee but looked like a hornet) flew out at me and onto the floor of the house. I jumped down and used the flashlight to smash the bee and then got some tissue to pick it up and I noticed it had a large stinger. I took it into the computer room where both my parents are (which is odd because they are divorced) to show them the bee, the light was working. They didnt say anything except "Go fix the light". I was looking at the bee and my finger got too close to the stinger and it stung my finger, but instead I got a pretty large cut and was bleeding from it and then I said "I guess it wasnt deep enough for the poison to get in". Then the bee came back to life and fell on the floor and I quickly grabbed it with the tissue and flushed it down the toilet. I went back to the hallway where my ex girlfriend was and she was repeatedly saying "Go fix the light, go fix it please." I got back on the ladder to go up but I just stared into the darkness...reluctant to go in. Then I wake up. So.....anyone have any idea what all this might mean? |

Hi Eternal,
Quote I took it into the computer room where both my parents are (which is odd because they are divorced) to show them the bee, the light was working. Unquote The dream revolves round the light and the computer. My guess is tha sometimes you are on the computer too long, perhaps studying, playing games, or writing. The dream indicates that you probably have some eye strain due to the computer. In the above dream you probably had cramp or some pain in your hand. The bee stinging your finger indicates that you probably had cramp come on while you slept. The dream is also trying to move your hand to grab the bee. When you have a vivid dream like this you actually make the movements the dream suggests, so you were excersising your finger to get rid of the cramp. Cheers Wolfjk

I dont mean to try and cause trouble or anything, but that just really doesnt seem to fit....the room with the light is also my kitchen, I dont even see a computer or anything in my dream, its just where my parents are located when I went to show them the bee. It was mostly centered around my reluctance to go into the attic and fix the light...

Hi,
A ladder if wooden means a weak belief and a metalic ladder means receiving some power. Light means guidance or belief.Dark means ignorant. Wasps mean weak people, bee means a rich common person. If sting means he /she will give a gift. Water means money or some science. Pouring water on the bee means you will give him/her a good money. This may take a month to happen. Good luck.

Thanks for your respose. Far from causing trouble, I'm glad of your reply. One of the functions of dreams is divert the sleeper from what is happening in sleep. I know from experience that many times the sleeper may have a terrible night with lots of pain, however, by the time the sleeper wakes up all the pain is gone and ther may be just a slight hint in the dream to indicate what went on in the night. Dreams have these incredible healing qualitives, however they like to be in the background out of focus. Cheers Wolfjk
