Astro Travel
I've been wondering if anyone could help me with this recurring dream I have...
I wake up, but I am still dreaming and i cant move my body. This force tries to draw me out of my body. I try and fight it, but it is to strong. It starts with a buzzing in my head, but lately its like this "force" is pulling straight from my chest. When I relax and let this "force" take me, I go floating around the room. The one time I woke up in this dream state and I saw a man made up of yellow light standing next to my bed. When he saw me looking at him, he dived up and into my body. What kind of dreams are these, is it what they call astro travelling?

Hi,
Yes, it is OBE or Astral projection. The yellow light man I don't know. Hope the other people here may help more. Good luck.
